How do I choose the right edge banding material for my project?

Environment: Use PVC/PP in humid areas; ABS or MABS for high-traffic zones.

Budget: PVC is most affordable; MABS offers great value.
Installation: Thinner bands (0.4–1mm) are great for manual use; thicker bands (2–3mm) suit machines.

Yes. Flexibility matters:
PVC & PP work well on gentle curves (min radius 30mm).
ABS & MABS can handle tighter curves (15mm) when pre-heated.
